Founding Partner and Director of Pozo & Abogados Enterprise Law, Diego Jesús Pozo Torres, is a leader in the field of criminal law, specializing in highly complex cases.

A graduate of the Central University of Ecuador, specializing in Criminal and Criminological Sciences from the Externado University of Colombia in Bogotá, he has furthered his experience with a Master’s Degree in Economic Criminal Law from the University of La Rioja in Spain and a Master’s Degree in Constitutional Procedural Law from the University of the Americas in Ecuador.

He also holds a Diploma in Economic Criminal Law and Compliance, which allows him to approach criminal cases from a technical and strategic perspective. His ability to lead defenses in various subspecialties of Criminal Law and his litigation experience spanning over a decade have been a strength for the firm.
